Leeds United suffered late disappointment at the hands of Derby County last night as the wait for their first win of 2018 continues. 

Kasey Palmer scored deep into stoppage time for the Rams to make it two consecutive 2-2 draws for the Whites, and means that new boss Paul Heckingbottom is still looking for his first victory in charge at Elland Road.

It was a sickening moment but Swedish defender Pontus Jansson put that to one side and showed his class at the final whistle.

A young Leeds fan was clearly desperate to secure the centre-half's shirt, going to the trouble of making a banner in the hope he would be noticed.

He was not to be disappointed even in spite of Derby's late leveller and when footage of the exchange made it to social media, Leeds fans were forthcoming with their responses.
