Brentford drew 2-2 with Blackburn Rovers in the Championship today.

Thomas Frank's side went into the game looking to climb to third in the Championship, after Fulham were held at Derby County last night.

But Brentford found themselves behind after ten minutes when Adam Armstrong burst through for Blackburn, seizing on a drop-kick from Rovers' keeper Christian Walton and finishing past David Raya.

Blackburn then doubled their lead after the restart, with Raya seemingly pulling down John Buckley inside the penalty box. Armstrong stepped up to score his second of the afternoon.

Ollie Watkins though pulled one back for Brentford with a terrific strike on the hour-mark as his prolific season continues, and Said Benrahma completed the comeback soon after through a penalty of their own.
