Sheffield Wednesday will be looking for a decent summer in the transfer market as they look to put last season's woes behind them and make a run at the playoffs under Jos Luhukay.

The Owls actually finished the season in decent form following a miserable campaign on the whole, and the club's fans will be confident of seeing their team challenge once again for a top six spot, something which they came nowhere near doing last term.

Here at FLW, we think the Owls are still a big draw in the second tier for players, and one player we think the club should go all out for is QPR attacking midfielder Luke Freeman, who was superb last season for Ian Holloway's men.

Valued at £2.7m by Transfermarkt, the diminutive little attacker is a lovely footballer, and the sort of player every team would love to have in their arsenal.

Freeman is the sort of talent who can unlock defences with ease and his knack of scoring and creating goals from nothing should not be underestimated.

Five goals and 13 assists last term underlined his class, and with an ageing squad at Hillsborough, signing the 26-year-old would be a shrewd move by the club and manager Luhukay.

Owls fans, what do you make of Freeman? Good signing? Let us know in the comments!
