Sheffield Wednesday have days left in the transfer market and they could still do with adding some attacking spark.

Since Jos Luhukay's arrival at the club we've seen them change system and tighten up defensively but they could still do with adding more attacking intent.

Despite having the likes of Gary Hooper and Jordan Rhodes about the club has struggled for goals of late and so Luhukay may feel he wants to dip into the market before Deadline Day next week.

And, according to Spox, that is what the Owls are weighing up with them, and Barnsley, being linked with Christoph Knasmüllner of Admira Wacker.

The attacking midfielder has been in very good form this season.

He has twelve goals and three assists in all competitions and a goals per minute record of just 127 - not bad for someone who isn't a striker.

Of course, he's playing in a less competitive league than the Championship - with all due respect - but that is still a good return and something that would be welcome in behind the Owls' forwards.

It remains to be seen, then, if the club brings him in with days to go.
