Sheffield United know more than most how things can change in football after a dramatic turnaround over Easter.

Now, they are the side set to join Norwich going up and, providing they avoid a slip-up against Ipswich, they will be well on their way.

We spoke to S24SU.com to discuss all things Blades ahead of the clash with the Tractor Boys...

1. Sum up the Easter period...

The Easter weekend was fantastic, it would have struggled to have gone better if we'd have written it really. It was an expensive and unhealthy one celebrating, but certainly an enjoyable one. What I was surprised about was the relative ease in which we went about the Hull win, the early opener helped, but I was expecting a far tougher game.

2. Things have turned around massively, can you believe it?

I can indeed believe that we've closed the gap and gone back in front, what I can't believe is how quickly it swung. I expected there to be plenty of twists and turns during the run in, but as daft as it sounds, I think we chose a better time to wobble than our Yorkshire neighbours. I always thought we'd push it fairly close, but then I also expected Leeds to pick up more points over the weekend. It's certainly not done and dusted, but it's a fantastic time to go into pole position and with the scheduling of the games has the potential to put a LOT of pressure on Leeds ahead of Sunday if things go well.

3. Ipswich next, how much confidence is there now that this is the game? And will complacency need to be avoided?

As a seasoned Blade, it concerns me the level of complacency the supporter base as a whole appears to have about this fixture. It's a good one to have, certainly in comparison to Leeds' opponents, but I'm not going to go as far as to count the chickens before they've hatched. One thing I know for sure about the management team and their approach is that they'll be ensuring that the attitude of the players will be right. We've seen last weekend that nothing is guaranteed in this division and whilst on paper it looks like we've got a favourable fixture and Leeds' a very difficult one, it doesn't always go that way, especially at this part of the season.

It'll be a great day if things go well, with a packed Bramall Lane sure to be making the most of it, it's just a pity in some ways that the fixtures are scheduled as they are, as if things go our way, promotion would be confirmed on a day we aren't playing.

4. Are you surprised by the amount of 'Teams of the Year' that Jack O'Connell has missed?

I can't believe that we haven't had more players in most of these teams, especially given that our defensive record is actually better than the majority chosen. I don't think that they'll be too hung up on it, but a number of players have deserved more accolades this season. So far, ourselves and Middlesbrough have conceded the fewest goals in the entire league, some 16 fewer than Norwich and 7 fewer than Leeds. Jack has had another good season and whilst I'm delighted we've held onto him, the name you asked about could have easily been John Egan, Enda Stevens, Chris Basham, George Baldock, Dean Henderson.... and that's before I move up the pitch.

With the way we play, our defenders have also been involved heavily in our offensive play, so it's not as if we've achieved this by parking the bus by any extent!

5. Score prediction

It would be disingenuous of me to say I predict anything other than a Blades win, as despite my reservations in not getting carried away, we should be getting three points from this fixture. I'm going to go with a 2-0 win for the Blades.
