Sheffield United continue to impress in the Championship this season following their return from a six year hiatus down in League One, with manager Chris Wilder guiding his team to third so far.

The Blades have looked excellent at times this term, and while many expected them to struggle, Wilder's men have looked at home in the Championship and are currently right in the mix for promotion as it stands.

With January right around the corner, Wilder will no doubt have some plans in mind as to what sort of players he wants to bring in, and there's no doubt he'll be looking to to add some quality in certain areas.

One player we think could be the ideal sort of signing for United and add something they lack is Crystal Palace winger Sulley Kalkai, who has been in the squad for the Eagles this term, but has struggled for minutes on the pitch.

The pacey winger, who is capable of playing on either side if needed, would give the Blades an added edge going forward and supplement the likes of Leon Clarke and Billy Sharp, who have so far been excellent in their own right.

Kaikai impressed during a loan spell with Shrewsbury, and the chance for him to play regular football in the Championship could be the ideal sort of move the speedy winger is looking for to progress his career.

Blades fans, what do you think? Good signing? Let us know in the comments!
