Sheffield United could be set to sign Watford striker Jerome Sinclair, according to Sky Sources.
The 20-year-old moved to the Hornets following a spell with the Liverpool where he was expected to become one of the top talents at Anfield. However, things did not go too well for Sinclair under manager Jurgen Klopp, and he moved on to Watford instead of signing a new deal with the Reds.
A move to Birmingham City on loan last season also failed to yield results, however it now appears Sheffield United manager Chris Wilder is willing to take a punt on the young striker as he looks to get his Blades side challenging at the top end of the Championship table.
Sinclair would bring pace and a natural ability to finish to the Blades squad, and Wilder will be hoping Sinclair looks to have a point to prove should a move to Bramall Lane materialise in the coming days.
United have made a solid start to life in the Championship, winning both their home games and going down to narrow defeats to Cardiff and Middlesbrough away from home thus far.
Blades fans, what do you think? Would this be a good signing? Let us know!
