Middlesbrough may have struggled to get their transfer business underway as of yet due to only the recent appointment of Garry Monk, but Sheffield United's is well and truly in fruition following promotion to the Championship.

The only disappointment to Chris Wilder's recruitment is the lack of second-tier experience he's added to the ranks which could be a risky move, if the Blades struggle in the division next term.

This is why it would be beneficial for the Yorkshire outfit to make a swoop for Middlesbrough's rising talent Harry Chapman, who spent last campaign on loan at Bramall Lane but never really got going following a frustrating ankle injury.

Chapman's spell on the sidelines meant he was forced to making just fourteen appearances for Sheffield United in their promotion season, rendering him unable to have much of an impact in the Steel City.

It's been suggested he is unlikely to shipped out of Riverside this summer due to the likeliness of him featuring in Boro's first-team, although last term's injury-hit heartbreak, as well as Boro's attempts to make it back to the Premier League, make this doubtful.

That is why, Wilder should go back in for him as he is a plausible figure within the squad now and will get minutes on the pitch, benefiting his development superbly and could lead guide the Blades to another successful campaign.

Sheffield United supporters, do you think Harry Chapman would have the same effect as last year? Is he right for the Championship yet? Let us get your thoughts in the comment section below!
