Sheffield United have been flying this season in the Championship and there can be no doubt that the Blades are title contenders this year.

Chris Wilder's men have strolled through a lot of their games this season with them overwhelming their opposition thanks to their infectious energy and quality in the final third.

Indeed, the performances that Wilder has got from his players this season has been quite something with Leon Clarke's turnaround perhaps the most impressive of all the displays.

Wilder has turned Clarke into a lethal, hard-working forward after a career of false starts, whilst he's made a number of other players get to a level they perhaps wouldn't have done elsewhere.

That brings us to David Brooks, then, and the reason why Sheffield United is the best place for him. Brooks is a real talent, he's so young but he's already performed in the biggest games for the Blades and he looks destined for the top.

Transfer rumours about him have begun and his reputation has gone through the roof but, at the moment, staying at Bramall Lane should be the priority.

The bright lights of the Premier League attract anyone, but is he going to improve there? Is he going to play regularly in big games and have the demands placed on him that develop you most as a player?

Brooks should be focusing on the next couple of years only and, if Wilder can improve him as dramatically as he has done with the likes of Clarke, he's got an incredible future awaiting him.
