For both Sheffield United and Sheffield Wednesday, the Steel City derby fixtures are the biggest two games of the season for the fierce rivals, but at Football League World we wanted to know if United's fans would be happy with a move for Wednesday striker Gary Hooper in the summer.

With the likes of Billy Sharp and Leon Clarke, Sheffield United hardly need additional firepower, but Hooper has been a consistent goalscorer throughout his career.

With 11 goals in 25 appearances so far this season, Hooper hit eight goals in the opening period of the season, getting off to a flying start at Sheffield Wednesday.

The English striker hasn't featured for the Owls since Boxing Day due to injury, but across the Steel City, we at Football League World took to Twitter to find out - Would Blades fans take the chance to sign Hooper if it materialised in the summer?

As you'd imagine in a rivalry the size of the Steel City derby, the majority of Blades fans voted against making a move for the Owls striker with 60% opting against the transfer.

Blades fans...We want to know if you'd take the chance to sign Hooper and add to your strikeforce should the opportunity arise? Let us know below!
