Sheffield United have completed the signing of Oldham forward Jose Baxter on a three-year-deal.
The former Everton player has signed for the Blades on an undisclosed fee, and becomes David Weir’s seventh signing of the season.
Baxter scored 17 goals in 50 games during his time at Oldham, and was regarded as one of the brightest talents in Lee Johnson’s Oldham squad.
Sheffield United manager David Weir told the club website: “Jose is a player who will get the fans off their seats and I am delighted he has chosen to come to Sheffield United.
“I have worked with Jose before and know what he can do, so I want to thank the Club for making this move happen.”
