League One appears the sticking point for the EFL at the moment, as the third tier continues to see clubs battling for their own views on how the season ending and no consensus being reached.

Those clubs near the top want the chance to seal a play-off place whilst those nearer the bottom want to avoid the drop, whilst financial constraints amongst other things are also coming into play.

For Portsmouth, if the season is curtailed they'll get a shot at the play-offs anyway and so they're perhaps fairly relaxed over things, though they surely want a decision like everyone else sooner rather than later.

It now appears no call will be made until at least Monday 8th June, though, and it is beginning to frustrate plenty of supporters who just want a season completed one way or another.
