Sheffield Wednesday's hunt for a new manager is still ongoing, with only two weeks to go until the start of the 2019/20 Championship campaign.

The Owls were left rocked by the sudden departure of Steve Bruce to Newcastle United last week, with the 58-year-old spending only six months in charge at Hillsborough before making the move to his boyhood club.

The Yorkshire club will now be looking to make a swift appointment, as they gear up for their opening day away trip to Reading.

Plenty of names have been linked with a move to Hillsborough, as per the Mirror's live transfer blog (17/07, 19:58), the likes of Gary Rowett, Gary Megson, Daniel Stendel and Chris Coleman have all been mentioned.

The latter is currently the bookies' favourite to land the role, having been out of work since the end of the season having parted company with Chinese side Hebei China Fortune.

The 49-year-old's last job in England came with Sunderland, where after winning just five out of 29 games in charge, he was unable to prevent the Black Cats from falling into League One last year.

He helped guide Wales to a semi-final finish in Euro 2016, however, so his appointment would definitely divide opinions. Here, we take a look at Owls fans' reactions to the potential appointment of Chris Coleman...
