Birmingham City’s start to the 2017/18 campaign has been a disaster, and after 11 fixtures the Blues are stranded in the relegation zone with just eight points to their name.

A poor start cost Harry Redknapp his job at St Andrew’s, and after a brief caretaker spell from Lee Carsley, Steve Cotterill is now preparing for his first game at the helm.
