Slaven Bilic's start to life at West Bromwich Albion has been nothing short of brilliant this term, with the Croatian having led the Baggies to the top of the Championship standings with only a few months of the season left to play.

The Midlands based club have certainly installed themselves as the overwhelming favourites to go up automatically this term after thriving under the former West Ham United boss, since he took over in the summer of 2019.

A demanding and measured character, Bilic has instilled an attacking style of play which encourages players to take risks when going forwards and in turn helps the team to get the best out of their most talented assets in the form of Matheus Pereira and Filip Krovinovic to name a few.

QUIZ: Which club did West Brom sign each of these 16 players from? See if you can get full marks down below!

After starting the campaign so well, we felt now was a good time for Football League World Journalist Chris Thorpe to ask members of the West Brom News & Views Facebook group for their one word verdicts on how Bilic's tenure has gone so far, yielding a wide array of responses from the Hawthorns faithful.
