Grays born defender Bennett has been with Norwich City for 5 years, but has always been a peripheral figure at Carrow Road.
In recent months however, the former Peterborough man has established himself in the Norwich side, and has made a series of appearances.
This run has come at the right time for the player, who has put himself in the shop window for when he is thrust into the unfamiliar world of unemployment.
Bennett has a lot to offer, and could push for a starting place in the Wolves line up. If not, he would certainly be an excellent addition to the squad.
The defender would arrive at Molineux with an abundance of experience, and experienced promotion with his current club in 2015. Knowing what it takes to get out of the division could prove vital in Wolves bid to escape the league.
