Surridge had a decent individual campaign as Nottingham Forest climbed the table under boss Steve Cooper.
In the end, he scored 12 goals for the club this campaign, as well as registering three assists.
Steve Cooper will no doubt be hoping that Surridge can find the net once again on Sunday.
