Middlesbrough once again lost out as their struggles in the Championship this season continued.

Jonathan Woodgate's men looked like they had snatched a point late on when Daniel Ayala bundled home at the far post. However, the Blues still had a chance to win the game, and duly took their opportunity when Odin Bailey nodded in to send the home crowd into raptures.

For Boro manager Woodgate, however, it was another miserable day at the office, and he now sees his team sitting fifth from bottom with only ten points from their first eleven games of the Championship season.

Woodgate cut a frustrated in his post-match comments and admitted his side had been 'battered' in the first half. He was, however, disappointed to see his side concede a second goal after equalising so late in the day.

Middlesbrough fans, on the other hand, didn't seem to be too forgiving when it came to their responses to Woodgate's comments, as plenty of them called for the club to make a change before it's too late.
