Rovers skipper Grant Hanley insists his team are not going to allow the loss to Norwich City disrupt the momentum of the team.
Blackburn saw their 14 game unbeaten run in the Sky Bet Championship come to an end last week after losing controversially to Norwich City 3-1.
Hanley Insists that his team mates are not drowning in self pity and are eager to replicate their run again.
The defender spoke to the Lancashire Telegraph: “We’ve definitely picked ourselves up. It was a hard game the other night and they were really impressive.
“But we showed a lot of character and spirit.
“I watched the video of the game on Thursday and when we went 2-1 down we were pushing to get an equaliser. We had Robbo (goalkeeper Paul Robinson) upfield and lads busting a gut to get back and make blocks on the line.
The Scottish international added: “We gave it our all and on another night, if one or two decisions had gone our way, the result might have been different.
Rovers see themselves lie 15th in the table after a indifferent start but no doubt they will be looking to push higher up the table in a play-off postion.
