Rotherham United manager Paul Warne has confirmed that his club have made a bid to sign striker Kieffer Moore on a permanent deal.
According to a report by the Green Un, Warne has confirmed that the Millers have made a bid for the impressive Moore, who has just played his last game for the Yorkshire club to complete an impressive loan spell at the New York Stadium.
Moore bagged 14 goals for the Millers during his spell with the club, firing them into contention for a spot in the League One playoff places.
However, Rotherham face stiff competition for Moore, not least from his parent club, where Mick McCarthy is bound to want to take a closer look at his striker and assess whether he can make an impact down at Portman Road.
Millers manager Warne acknowledges this and admits other clubs will be interested in signing the impressive forward, but regardless he has ensured his team are in the mix to sign Moore.
