Ross Wallace eager to commit his future with Sheffield Wednesday

Sheffield Wednesday winger Ross Wallace has admitted that he would like to stay at Hillsborough on a long-term basis, according to the Sheffield Star.
Wallace has been pivotal in the Owl’s campaign – contributing 35 appearances, netting 3 goals and has 9 assists.
The winger signed for Wednesday on a free transfer, but with only a 12-month deal, he will be hoping that he has impressed Wednesday boss, Carlos Carvahal enough to earn a new contract.
The Scotland international has helped Wednesday push for their first promotion chase in over three seasons.
In the mean time, the winger will put his future plans on hold and help to ensure that the club return to the top-flight after a lengthy absence.
The Owls currently sit in 6th place in the Championship, but have Cardiff City, Ipswich Town and Birmingham City on their tails.
Wednesday face their first game since the international break when they take on Huddersfield Town at the John Smith’s Stadium.
