Things are looking good for Aston Villa in the Sky Bet Championship, with Steve Bruce’s side well placed to push on for promotion in 2018, having worked their way into play-off contention.  

The Villans currently sit fifth in the league table, knowing that if they can maintain their current form, they will hand themselves an opportunity to compete for a top-flight return.

Things are looking good on the pitch, but also off it, with Dr Tony Xia continuing to impress supporters with his running of the club, which he purchased back in the summer of 2016.

Xia has taken to Twitter to deliver a message to a supporter, with the Villa owner insistent he feels that Villa have turned a corner under his ownership.

As expected, Xia’s tweet has received plenty of reaction from the club’s supporters, with the majority quick to praise their owner.
