Leeds United will be taking to FA Cup 3rd round action this week as they face QPR on Sunday afternoon at Loftus Road.

The Whites have had a good campaign so far but they have lost their last couple of games – to Hull City and Nottingham Forest respectively.

For sure, there is no time to panic when you consider the league table but it is clear that they need to get back to winning ways in the league.

Perhaps, then, a win this weekend at QPR can prove a springboard for that but the school of thought is that with their smallish squad in mind they might look to rest some key players.

Indeed, that might decrease their chances of progressing in the tournament but, this season, fans will surely care only about prioritising a strong league finish.
