At 25, Dickie is a player with realistic Premier League ambitions in the next few years, there could be interest around his signature this month but while it looks likely the West Londoners will finish in the top six this season, Dickie is more likely to stay and see out the campaign.

The Verdict

The former Oxford United man is key to how Mark Warburton wants Rangers to play and can break the lines effortlessly gliding out of defence with the ball at his feet. 2021 was an excellent year for QPR in the Championship, emphatically pulling away from any relegation fears last term and going on to secure a ninth placed finish, before building on that further to be in the mix for automatic promotion at times during this campaign.

There is a nice blend of youth and experience at the Kiyan Prince Foundation Stadium at the moment, and it is clear to see that all the players are completely buying into Warburton's brand of football. In a congested battle at the top end, Rangers have the continuity and quality in the side to establish themselves in the top six if they can have a successful January transfer window.
