‘Right decision’ – Many Millwall fans react to emerging team announcement as kick-off looms

Millwall will be hoping to put a dismal run of form to bed this afternoon, as they prepare to take on Nottingham Forest at the City Ground.

The Lions have won only of their last 14 league matches, with the pressure building on manager Gary Rowett of late.

They did record a positive result in midweek, though, picking up a decent point on the road against AFC Bournemouth.

Matt Smith scored the goal that night, but there’s no place for the striker in today’s starting line-up, and he’ll have to make do with another place on the bench.

The Lions are, in fact, unchanged. Kenneth Zohore, Troy Parrott and Jed Wallace lead the line, with Scott Malone and Danny McNamara being deployed as wing-backs.

Ryan Leonard and Ryan Woods sit in midfield, and Alex Pearce, Jake Cooper and Shaun Hutchinson make up the backline.
