It has been a challenging season so far for West Bromwich Albion.

Following promotion to the Premier League during the previous campaign, the Baggies now find themselves locked in a relegation, and there are plenty of players who will certainly have earned their money if the club avoid a swift return to the Championship.

But which player are the best paid of those on the books at The Hawthorns at this moment in time?

Here, we've taken a look at the ten highest earners in West Brom's current squad, based on their wages according to Salary Sport.

We start this list with Darnell Furlong, who joined West Brom from QPR back in the summer of 2019.

The 24-year-old right back, who has two-and-a-half years remaining on his Baggies contract, reportedly earns £22,000 per week, or £1.144million per year.

For all the speculation about his future this season, Kamil Grosicki is still a West Brom player, with his contract not set to expire until the end of this season.

The 32-year-old Polish international apparently takes home £25,000 per week, which equates to £1.3million per year.

Eighth place on this list goes to West Brom club captain Jake Livermore, who passed 150 appearances for the club this season.

The midfielder, whose current contract expires at the end of next season, is also said to earn £25,000 per week, or £1.3million per year.

Having helped West Brom to promotion during a loan spell from Sheffield United in the second half of last season, Robinson made his move to The Hawthorns permanent in the summer.

The Republic of Ireland international signed a five-year contract with the Baggies, and reportedly earns £27,000 per week, or £1.404million per year.

Chelsea legend Ivanovic joined West Brom back in the summer transfer window, following his departure from Russian giants Zenit St. Petersburg.

The 37-year-old defender signed a one-year contract at The Hawthorns, and has so far made 14 appearances in all competitions for the Baggies, is said to earn £28,000 a week, or £1.546million a year.

One man who has been a key player for West Brom this season is Sam Johnstone, with the goalkeeper producing a string of outstanding saves and performances.

The 27-year-old, who has a year-and-a-half remaining on his contract, is another who is said to take home £28,000 per week, or £1.546million per year.

Grant joined West Brom from Huddersfield on a six-year deal last summer, as the Baggies looked to add some attacking firepower to their ranks.

The striker has however, scored just once in 16 league games for the club up until now, but still takes a place on this list, apparently earning £30,000 per week, or £1.56million per year.

Since joining West Brom from Arsenal in the summer of 2017, Gibbs has made a century of appearances for the Baggies, all be it with his appearances more limited in recent seasons.

Even so, the defender, whose contract expires this summer, is also reported to earn £30,000 per week, or £1.56million per year.

Diangana enjoyed an impressive spell on loan with West Brom last season as they won promotion, prompting the Baggies to bring him back on a permanent basis last summer.

The 22-year-old attacking midfielder, who signed a five-year deal at The Hawthorns, is said to earn £36,000 per week, which works out at £1.872million per year.

Claiming top spot on this list is another of West Brom's loan heroes from last season who made their move permanent in the summer, Matheus Pereira.

The 24-year-old Brazilian, who signed a four-year deal with the Baggies and has scored five times in 22 league games this season, is said to earn £39,000 a week, or £2.028million a year.
