Charlton Athletic are struggling at the moment in League One and the Addicks need to pick up their form if they want to make the play-offs.

Certainly, Lee Bowyer will be looking at key members to raise their game but it remains to be seen if they can.

Who are the biggest earners at the club according to Salary Sport, however? We take a look...

Deji Oshilaja is on £4,400 a week and comes in 10th.

The defender has been at the club for a few seasons now and has been a regular this season with the likes of Ryan Inniss and Akin Famewo having injuries so far this year.

Chris Gunter signed in the summer window and is also on £4,400 a week.

The Welsh international has been a regular at right-back with Adam Matthews trying to push him on with him joining after leaving Reading last season.

Conor Washington is another on £4,400 a week.

The striker works incredibly hard going forwards but Lee Bowyer was critical of him at the weekend against Blackpool, with him one of four players to be subbed at half-time.

However, he has often produced the goods this season and will look to impress in the weeks ahead.

Alex Gilbey is on £4,500 a week at the club but hasn't had a great time of it so far.

A few struggles on and off the field have limited appearances for him whilst he is currently carrying a hamstring injury.

He'll be looking to shake that off and show the form he had at MK Dons.

Andrew Shinnie has done well this season and has joined the club permanently.

He is on £4,500 and is one of the players Addicks fans might feel have pulled their weight this season.

Good quality on the ball has yielded goals and assists from the Scottish star this season.

Jason Pearce is on £5,100 a week.

He's had a few injuries at times this season but has been a regular lately with the skipper playing alongside Deji Oshilaja.

With Akin Famewo and Ryan Inniss (soon) back he'll be ready to fight for his spot in the side.

Chuks Aneke has got plenty of attacking quality and is on £5,400 a week.

He received a harsh red card against Blackpool but at times this season has looked very good and it's all about trying to keep him in the side as much as possible in this intense season.

He certainly looks the man to partner Jayden Stockley most of all.

Darren Pratley is on £5,400 a week.

Lee Bowyer is a manager that likes players that get stuck in and rally the troops and that is what Pratley is.

He regularly shouts and harries his team-mates to try and get the best from them and he'll be looking to do that more once he returns from suspension.

Ben Watson is second on £5,500 a week.

The midfielder has been in and out of the side of late for Charlton after starting regularly at the beginning of the season.

Signing on a free from Nottingham Forest, his experience could be important as the Addicks try to get out of this rut.

Ian Maatsen is on loan from Chelsea so it's perhaps no shock to see he's top of the list.

He's on £8,100 a week but Charlton obviously aren't playing the full amount of that.

A flying player down the left, he's a little raw but there is quality there.
