Wolverhampton Wanderers have the perfect opportunity to showcase their title credentials this evening, when Leeds United visit Molineux for an eagerly anticipated clash in the Sky Bet Championship.

Nuno Espirito Santo’s side have been in magnificent form so far this season, and enter the contest with Leeds knowing that victory will see them move four points clear at the top of the Championship table.

Wolves have picked up three consecutive 2-0 victories heading into tonight’s fixture, with the most recent coming against Reading, where goals from Ivan Cavaleiro and Matt Doherty secured all three points for Nuno’s side.

Nuno’s side were not at their best against the Royals on Saturday, and Nuno could be tempted to change his starting XI when Leeds visit this evening.

One player back available to Nuno is Barry Douglas, who was forced to sit Saturday’s trip to the Madejski Stadium out through suspension, with Ruben Vinagre replacing him at left wing-back.

So far this season Douglas has been impressive, and his performance in the victory over Fulham, prior to his suspension, was exceptional, with the 28-year-old adding another two assists to his impressive tally.

Here at FLW, we asked Wolves’ supporters whether Douglas should return to the starting XI for tonight’s clash with Leeds, or if Nuno should leave the defender out.

73% of voters in our poll want to see Douglas return, with just a small percentage believing that Nuno won’t bring the impressive Scot back into the starting XI.
