Aston Villa can get themselves back into the top six this evening if they beat Preston at Deepdale in front of the television cameras.

It's been a pretty good season for Villa this year and they are certainly one of the sides to watch in terms of the top six race. Indeed, a win tonight gets them back into the thick of it but they will have to perform well to get a result against a solid Preston side.

Certainly, though, they'll need to be a bit better than they were at the weekend as they only managed a 0-0 draw with Birmingham City and we've been thinking about potential selection changes. With that in mind, we asked Villa fans whether or not it was time for Neil Taylor to come back into the side after suspension and this is what the response was on Twitter:

Clearly, then, most want to see the Welshman return and that will probably be at the expense of Alan Hutton. Hutton has done well at left-back in recent games but is not as good as Taylor and so it would not be a surprise at all for Bruce to make this particular switch.
