Sheffield Wednesday will be hoping to climb off the foot of the Championship table when they travel to Yorkshire rivals Huddersfield Town tomorrow evening.

The Owls are still winless following the appointment of Tony Pulis last month, and returned to the bottom of the second-tier standings after suffering a late collapse at Norwich City on Saturday.

Josh Windass' 60th-minute goal put Wednesday on course for just their fourth league victory of the campaign, but two quickfire goals from the Championship leaders earned them three points.

Windass hobbled off less than 10 minutes later, although the midfielder confirmed that he's fit and available if called upon for the game at the John Smith's Stadium.

And the Owls have another midfielder in Massimo Luongo back in contention to feature after the Aussie served a one-match ban at Carrow Road for collecting five yellow cards this season.

The Verdict

Given their recent injuries and suspensions, having Windass fit and Luongo back available for selection is a boost for Pulis, whose going to need everyone firing if Wednesday are finally going to get their first three points since his arrival.

But perhaps the bigger worry for Pulis is the lack of goals his side are currently scoring, so having someone like Jack Marriott would be far more beneficial, despite his struggles in front of goal.

However, beggars can't be choosers at this level, especially in Wednesday's current state, so the the Owls manager must make use of what he's currently got.
