Despite such a strong start to the Sky Bet Championship season, the mood surrounding Leeds United is beginning to sour, after a difficult September brought the club’s first defeats.

Leeds started the month strongly, but their form dipped toward the end of the month, with Thomas Christiansen’s side managing to pick up just one victory from their last four Championship fixtures.

That worrying run of results has seen Leeds slip from the top of the Championship table to fifth, where they are now four points behind leaders, Cardiff City.

Cardiff were one of the teams to beat Leeds, along with Millwall and Sheffield Wednesday – three defeats that came away from Elland Road.

Many are now wondering what needs to change away from home, so that Leeds can find the consistency to climb back up the Championship table following this week’s international break.

An article shared by the Yorkshire Evening Post about Leeds’ struggles, has led to fans debating what Christiansen needs to change.
