If there's one club expected to be busy in the final weeks of the loan window it is surely Aston Villa.

The men from Villa Park have got plenty going for them all of a sudden with new owners in charge, their best players staying at the club and a start that has left them unbeaten in the league.

They need to add to their squad, though, and the rumours floating around at the moment suggest they are going to try and do just that.

Indeed, Birmingham Live has revealed that Tammy Abraham is a target for the club and such news should really excite fans of the men in claret and blue.

The striker might not be ready for Chelsea and all that that brings but he is more than good enough to score goals in the Championship - as we saw for Bristol City.

Villa should be able to offer him better service than the Robins did, too, with the likes of Jack Grealish, Albert Adomah and John McGinn all in behind as well as Jonathan Kodjia to potentially work off of.

Certainly, his sometimes patchy form for Swansea last season might be a slight concern for some fans but, on the whole, such a move should really get the juices flowing.

He's the kind of addition that makes a promotion dream come that bit closer to reality.
