West Brom are thought to be lining up a move for PAOK striker Aleksandar Prijovic, once of Derby County, as they hunt a Premier League return, according to a report from Team Talk.

The 6ft 3in Serbian has been raising eyebrows in the Greek Super League, where he has 34 goals in just 55 appearances. He's also a regular for his country, scoring against Lithuania in Nations League action earlier this season.

He's now apparently being lined up for a move to the Championship, a division he is familiar with. He spent two years at Derby County, without getting a game, after signing from Italian side Parma as a teenager.

The sum total of his England experience was loan spells at Yeovil and Northampton, but he's now looking set to get a second chance with the Baggies.

Is he right for Darren Moore's side? After all, they're the leading scorers in the Championship and are surely more concerned with the goals they leak?

Our FLW experts give their opinions on the possible move.

Alfie Burns

Really? Do West Brom really need anymore firepower?

Darren Moore’s side are electric going forwards and I just don’t see why they need to strengthen.

If they lose a player then maybe, but not to add to the current crop.

Jacob Potter

He would be an ideal signing.

Jay Rodriguez is struggling for form this season, and he could do with some much-needed competition up front.

He could play a starring role in their promotion push this season as the Baggies target an immediate return to the Premier League.

Gary Hutchinson

I'm not convinced.

A few goals against some sub-standard Greek sides is one thing, but the Championship is a competitive league.

With Dwight Gayle and Jay Rod fighting up front too, I don't see Prijovic being the right man for them.
