Gillingham star Bradley Dack is wanted by Championship club Reading as they look to bolster their options for the second half of the season, according to today’s print edition of The Sun.
Dack has been the star man and driving force behind Gillingham’s excellent first half to their League One campaign, smashing in 13 goals and contributing eight assists in 29 appearances so far.
Reading manager Brian McDermott will be keen to add new goal threats to his team after the sale of Nick Blackman to Derby County early this week.
Dack would fit in with what McDermott is looking for perfectly, although Gillingham will be keen to stave off any interest.
Reading currently sit 12th in the Sky Bet Championship table, eight points off the play-off places.
The Berkshire side had a poor December, recording only one win from six games, losing the other five, and McDermott will hope the addition of Dack can help to halt the current dip in form.
