Marcelo Bielsa takes Leeds United to Reading tomorrow with the Whites looking to continue their good run of form.

Leeds have won four of their last five, including the last two against West Bromwich Albion and Bristol City.

The reverse fixture saw Leeds win 1-0 at Elland Road, with Stuart Dallas’ goal the only difference between the two sides.

Tomorrow, Bielsa will be looking to do the double over Reading in his first year in English football, with Goodbrand Stats - @StatsChristian – revealing if he can do that it’ll be the first time a Leeds boss has done it since 1927/28.

In addition to that Reading have been in excellent home form under Jose Gomes, despite the Royals boss losing his first game at the Madejski.

Gomes has overseen three wins and two draws, including a triumph over Wigan Athletic at the weekend.

For Leeds, Bielsa is looking to oversee back-to-back victories away from Elland Road for the first time since December.

The Whites were 1-0 winners over Bristol City at the weekend, with Patrick Bamford’s goal the difference between the two sides.

The Verdict

Leeds and Reading have tended to only face each other in the second-tier, which is an extremely competitive division and has been for years.

Doing the double over a side is never easy in the Championship, despite Leeds and Reading enduring differing campaigns so far.

Tomorrow will be tough for Leeds and Bielsa will know his side need to be at their best.
