The Royals looked in serious danger of dropping into League One earlier this season, with Paul Clement struggling to keep the Berkshire-based side afloat.
But since Jose Gomes took charge of the club, they've hardly looked back, and he's turned them into a tough side to beat nowadays.
Reading supporters were furious when they saw a number of Sky Sports pundits claim that their home form would see them relegated this season.
They've responded in the best way possible though, and their results at the Madejski Stadium are one of the main reasons as to why they retained their Championship status this season.
Reading's official Twitter page have hilariously ripped into the Sky Sports pundits today over their previous claim which certainly looks foolish now.
Gomes' side are next in action on the final day of the season, when they host Birmingham City, in what is certain to be a closely-fought battle between the two sides.
They'll be hoping to make it three straight home wins to finish the season strongly and turn their attentions to next year's campaign, where it's likely we'll see them nowhere near the bottom three.
