Reading fans torn over potential summer exit

Published

on

Liam Moore has been a key part of the Reading defence since joining from Leicester City in August 2016.

The English defender has made 85 appearances in two seasons so far and will be knocking on for a century of appearances for the Royals in no time.

So it’s no surprise that Moore’s dedication, commitment and quality performances at the heart of the Reading defence brought about transfer speculation in January – including rumoured interest from Premier League outfit West Ham United.

Having spent short and unsuccessful loan spells at Bradford City, Brentford, and Bristol City, before making a permanent move away from Leicester to join Reading, Moore has really found his feet and a stable home to develop his career – but could this just be a stepping stone for things to come?

We at Football League World took to Twitter to ask Reading fans – Are you fearful that Liam Moore will leave the club in the summer? But a perfectly level 50/50 reaction from Reading fans has us none the wiser.

Reading fans… Are you concerned that Moore could attract further interest in the summer? Let us know your thoughts!
