Luton Town will be pleased with Saturday's result, a 1-1 draw with Preston North End, but know that there's a long way still to go if they're to secure Championship survival.

It's been an interesting few years for the Hatters, who after a dramatic return, are now led once again by Nathan Jones – the manager that helped them secure promotion out of League Two in 2018.

There's been some dramatic squad turnover since then, with Luton making some shrewd and not so shrewd additions.

We've taken a closer look at the Hatters squad with the help of Transfermarkt and have picked out the SEVEN players whose market value has dropped the most since their debut...

The Hatters picked up the 29-year-old wide man last summer and he has proved a useful option in the final third so far, adding two goals and four assists in 21 appearances.

Despite that, McManaman's value has dropped from £900,000 to £540,000 since his debut in August.

Luton snapped the winger up as a free agent in September 2018 and he played an important role in helping them secure promotion last term.

The 29-year-old has contributed this term as well but his market value has dropped since his debut nearly 20 months ago, falling from £900,000 to £540,000.

The Croatian shot-stopper joined Luton but hasn't had an easy season, keeping just three clean sheets and losing the starting role to James Shea at points.

That appears to have had an impact on his market value, which has dropped from £1.31 million to £855,000 since his debut in August.

The midfielder first joined the Hatters on loan from Leeds back in August 2018 before signing permanently in January.

O'Kane was valued at £675,000 when he made his debut in September 2018 but that has dropped to £225,000. The midfielder has spent much of the last few years sidelined due to injury, which may be part of the reason for the fall in value.

Having arrived at Kenilworth Road in the summer, the former Everton full-back's value has nearly halved since he featured for the first time back in August.

The 24-year-old was valued at £1.35 million but has only appeared five times in total, having suffered a nasty knee injury, and is now worth £720,000.

The midfielder joined Luton on a free transfer last summer, making his debut back in August, and it appears his time at Kenilworth Road has seen a significant drop in value.

The 30-year-old, who's featured 16 times this term, has seen his value drop from £1.35 million to £653,000 since his Hatters debut.

It's a little surprising to see the Chelsea loanee at the top of this list, particularly as he's Luton's leading provider of assists this term with seven.

Brown had a market value of £4.5 million when he made his debut for the Hatters back in August but is now valued at just £1.8 million – a little harsh.
