Wolverhampton Wanderers are preparing for life back in the Premier League, having stormed to promotion in the Sky Bet Championship.

Nuno Espirito Santo’s side made short work of the Championship, easing their way to promotion, before clinching the title and finishing the season with 99 points.

Attention will already be turning to the summer transfer window, with Wolves, a club with big ambition, sure to be eyeing up some exciting deals.

Adding to last season’s squad will be high on Nuno’s agenda, but securing the service of last year’s loanees should be taking priority this summer.

The quality of the likes of Diogo Jota and Willy Boly shone through in the Championship and Nuno will want that duo on board heading into the Premier League.

Here at FLW, we take a look at some of Wolves’ loanees from last season, ranking the THREE we believe Nuno needs to re-sign ahead of next year…

Afobe arrived in January are scored six goals to help Wolves over the line.

The striker might not be a guaranteed starter in the Premier League, but he will be a useful player to have around.

He knows the English leagues and Nuno will value his importance.

Jota was exceptional in the Championship, finishing the season as Wolves’ top scorer.

At 21, he has his best ahead of him and needs to be returning on a long-term contract.

It’s essential Wolves secure his signature.

Without Boly last season, Wolves’ attacking players wouldn’t have been able to express themselves.

The defender was huge for Nuno’s side and should be their priority this summer.

With him on board in the Premier League, Wolves will be a force.
