Nottingham Forest fans have witnessed some of the best players to ever grace the English game at the City Ground.

The Reds have generally had players that are of international standard, however, that level has dropped slightly in recent decades.

It has been a weird decade for Forest, who were relegated under Gary Megson to League One, which was a season that will scar the memories of Forest fans for years to come.

Their return to the Championship was a high moment, and Billy Davies' 'Tricky Trees' managed two play-off finishes.

Since then, though, Forest have failed to threaten for promotion.

Despite this, they have had some very exciting talents in their ranks and a return to the Premier League seems a realistic ambition under Aitor Karanka.

Here, we look at the most technically gifted players Forest have had in the last 10 years.

Do you agree, or is there someone more technically gifted that is missing from this list? Let us know in the comments section below.

Britt Assombalonga was at the club for three seasons and was Forest’s go-to man in terms of needing goals.

Despite multiple injuries, the DR Congo-born striker was pivotal to Forest’s successes where they avoided relegations.

Michail Antonio’s first season at the club was one of the best seen at the City Ground in recent history.

He scored 14 goals in the first season after his move from Sheffield Wednesday.

He has since flourished in the Premier League with West Ham.

Guedioura is still showing his class in the Forest midfield, proving to be vital to Aitor Karanka's side.

He is technically unbelievable and a player that will be crucial to Forest this season.
