Football League clubs are queuing up to take a look at non-league youngster Dylan Kearney, according to Just Football.

18-year-old Hayes and Yeading United striker Kearney is yet to establish himself in the first team at the Conference South strugglers, but has hit 27 goals this season as captain of Hayes and Yeading U18s, attracting interest from QPR and Brentford.

Kearney has been in sensational form for Hayes and Yeading in recent weeks scoring 18 goals in eight games for the youth teams, and captained his team to the Middlesex Youth Cup trophy in March.

This was watched by QPR and Brentford, and Kearney has also had trials at Cardiff City earlier in the season.

The teenager from Ireland is highly-rated at the club, who sit just above the relegation zone in the Conference South after a poor run.

He broke through last season and scouts are now lining up to watch him. If reports are to be believed, Kearney is a name who could be the next to step up from non-league to the Football League, after players like Jamie Vardy.

As a team with one of the lowest scoring records in League One, Fleetwood could use hungry young strikers in their squad to provide fresh blood. Brentford and QPR have watched him and others are expected to monitor his progress before the end of the season.
