Rotherham United have completed the signing of Brentford winger Chiedozie Ogbene on a three-year deal, the League One side have now confirmed via their official website.

The 22-year-old signed for the Bees from Irish side Limerick in 2018, but the Nigerian-born winger failed to break into the first-team during his brief spell at Griffin Park.

The versatile attacker, able to play on either flank, spent the first half of last season on loan with League Two side Exeter City, making a total of 18 appearances for the Grecians.

Ogbene then made six appearances for the West London side in the second half of the campaign, and departs Griffin Park having made a total of nine appearances for the club.

But Millers manager Paul Warne has now got his man, with United signing the winger for an undisclosed fee.

Warne told the BBC's Andy Giddings that he has been chasing Ogbene's signature "all summer", stating that he will bring "electric pace" to their attack.
