Sheffield Wednesday were left frustrated on Wednesday evening as they were forced to settle for a point against Birmingham City at Hillsborough.

Pep Clotet's side took a surprise lead through Alvaro Gimenez, before Kadeem Harris equalised just nine minutes from time to see the points shared on the night.

It means that Sheffield Wednesday are now sat tenth in the Championship table, and will be disappointed not to have picked up more points in their last five league games.

One player that has stood out in this slight dip in form is Dominic Iorfa, with the former Wolves man putting in a number of strong performances to provide Garry Monk with a welcome selection dilemma heading into the hectic festive period.

One Owls supporter took to Facebook to issue praise for the defender which prompted a number of similar responses from the Sheffield Wednesday fans, whilst also issuing their thoughts on the game.

Shaun Ravenhall: "Second half of season is going to be a battle me thinks?"

Michael Atkinson: "We only have maybe 2 or 3 players who give 100% every match."

Jamie Wall: "Anyone else reckon he could make the perfect box to box midfielder?"

Philip Axe: "All this and a manager who wants to fall out with the rest of the league."

Mark Johnson: "He will be a quality player in a few years that lad! We are shocking in the box at moment! Don't what the answer is."

Vanessa Griffith: "Fletcher is useless, Bannon is too deep, Reach is scared of having a go and Fessi doesn’t have the chance to settle in. Let’s face it, we are landed with another lucky dip manager who doesn’t seem to have a planA never mind a plan B."

Danny Andrew: "Played so much better when Fessi came on. Fletcher looked isolated first half and midfield far too crowded. Would love Monk to have a change of formation and include Fessi from the start."

Dean Williams: "As good as that last cross."
