It's going to be more change down at QPR in the coming weeks after the board finally sacked under-pressure manager Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink.

Former Aston Villa manager Tim Sherwood has been widely tipped to take over at Loftus Road and under his leadership, Hoops supporters will hope the choppy waters that have burdened the club for the past couple of years might finally settle.

But things won't be easy for whoever takes over in London, QPR seem to be in and out of form and there is still expectation from the supporters that they will be pushing for the play-offs come the end of the campaign.

And one area that hasn't been considered just yet is January investment and who will be making the decisions to bring people to the club.

Despite not having anyone in at the helm just yet, we'd like to think there are a handful of extremely talented players knocking about in the lower divisions in England that QPR should be considering, even without a manager.

So with that in mind, here's THREE League Two stars QPR should take a chance on in January...

Ethan Ampadu

Everyone has been talking about Exeter's 16-year-old midfielder Ethan Ampadu in the past couple of weeks, especially after a terrific performance in his side's 3-1 FA Cup defeat by Luton Town on Saturday.

Despite losing the game, the Welsh youth international stole the headlines, shining in the middle-of-the-park with people twice his age playing around him.

If there is one player in this division capable of stepping up and doing it very soon, it's this young man.

James Justin

Another player making waves in League Two this season is Luton Town man James Justin.

18-years-old, he plays as a full-back or most frequently, a centre-midfield and his versatility has been called upon plenty of times by Luton manager Nathan Jones.

Perhaps the best we saw from Justin was in Luton's 3-1 defeat of Aston Villa in the cup earlier this season and if anything, he proved he is more than ready to potentially take the step up when January roles around.

George Taft

Mansfield Town defender George Taft has had a really tough time of things recently, but he's on his way back after a hamstring injury.

But it was last season when the 22-year-old was dealt a seriously unlucky hand, tearing his cruciate ligament when he was on a loan spell from former side Burton.

There was plenty of hope he'd recover and get into the Brewers first-team but he was moved on instead this summer. But if he can get back in-form and fully fit, plenty feel the former Leicester City man should be playing at a higher level.

QPR should keep an eye on him for sure.
