QPR aren’t expected to do much in this January window but that doesn’t mean that the rumours are going to be non-existent this month.
The R’s have got a decent squad in terms of togetherness and fight now with them possessing a real chance of getting into the play-offs.
Indeed, they have every chance of making the top six with the squad as it is but, even so, rumours suggest they are looking to add regardless.
According to Italian outlet TMW, Ezequiel Schelotto of Brighton is a current target of the London club.
Schelotto has hardly played for the Seagulls in recent times with them looking to become an established Premier League side and making the signings required to do that.
He might fancy a drop down, then, and it seems as though the R’s might be a potential destination for him.
Schelotto brings experience and knows the leagues in this country so might be worth a look.
However, with the R’s the way that they are financially, it is still hard to realistically see this one coming off.
The report is there, then, but even so it might not be a surprise to see this one fail to materialise into an actual move.
