QPR have had an emphatic start to the season and look a shadow of the side that they were in the last campaign.

Mark Warburton has come in and got them playing some excellent stuff and right now they'll be one of the most feared teams in the division with the way they are attacking and playing their football.

They have key players all over the pitch, and goals in their two strikers but a lot can happen in a short space of time and that is why the month of January is so vital for the club.

They have to be able to come out the other side of the transfer window with their squad still intact and their best players still playing for the club.

One of these is Eberechi Eze, he has been sensational this season and one of the, if not the best Championship individual so far in the campaign.

His performances have been magnificent but this has produced interest from sides in the Premier League, something that was always going to happen. Eze's ability to be able to dribble past players makes him a midfielder that is sought after due to his natural technical ability.

This season Eze has added goals to his game, meaning he's now getting the plaudits he deserves. It's not just him though, its also others in the squad, including wing-back Ryan Manning.

Before Warburton came in he was predominantly a midfielder, but the R's boss has transformed his game and he now occupies a space either as a left-back or a left wing-back. This change and his excellent form has seen him become a star of this QPR side and one of their most important players.

Premier League clubs have been linked, and this will have caused R's supporters worry as they look to keep their side together to potentially mount a promotion challenge.

If the R's can keep the core of their squad together then they will be able to produce a serious charge on the top two, especially if they keep playing the way they are.

Eze is the big one that they must keep, as any club selling their best players shows a serious lack of ambition.
