Things have been difficult for QPR this season with the men from Loftus Road certainly not getting the results that they should be at the moment.

They started the season well, of course, but the play-offs look a bit of a distance away now, and the Rs instead need to focus on making sure they are not drawn into a relegation scrap.

Indeed, they've relied on their home form this season but even that has let them down in recent weeks with losses to both Leeds United and Aston Villa coming at Loftus Road in the past few games.

There's clearly work needing to be done, then, and Massimo Luongo has suggested, perhaps worryingly, that there is a bit of tension about the place at the moment.

As quoted by Sky Sports he said:

"There is a little bit of tension, obviously, but we need to work harder in training to nail down a few points.

"But in the Championship, you go through these stages when you're not winning, when you have rough spells."

For sure, the Rs do need to work harder to try and sort this slump out but they will be confident that they have the players to do so.

Luongo is certainly good enough to help do that, as well, and so let's see if the Rs sort things soon.
