It has been another season of mediocrity in the Sky Bet Championship for Queens Park Rangers, who are heading for a mid-table finish under Ian Holloway.

Holloway’s side are well clear of the Championship’s relegation fight ahead of this weekend’s final game of the season, with QPR sitting in 15thahead of their clash with Leeds United on Sunday lunchtime.

Things might’ve been a lot worse at Loftus Road had it not been for Luke Freeman, who has enjoyed a fine individual campaign.

The 26-year-old midfielder has been a standout performer for Holloway’s side, delivering five goals and 12 assists in the Championship.

As always ahead of the summer, Championship clubs in QPR’s position will be wary of clubs taking a look at their squad and cherry picking the best talent.

Freeman has been QPR’s standout performer this season, with the midfielder potentially going to be the subject of some interest this summer.

Here at FLW, we took to Twitter to find out what QPR’s supporters were thinking ahead of the summer, asking them whether they were worried about losing Freeman ahead of next season.

Results in our poll were close, with 55% of supporters fearing that Freeman could depart, but 45% relaxed over the midfielder’s future.
