Queens Park Rangers' defender Toni Leistner posted his side's fixture list for December on his Instagram story today, as they go in search of their first win in seven Championship games.

QPR find themselves in 16th going into the final month of this calendar year.

Mark Warburton came into the club in the summer and after guiding them to an unprecedented start, the wheels have begun to fall off and now he's a manager under growing pressure.

His side are without a win in seven Championship games now, their last being a 3-2 win at Hull City in mid-October.

December now awaits QPR, and club captain Leistner posted this on his Instagram story:

QPR begin the month with the visit of Preston, and Alex Neil's side are going through a sticky patch themselves having lost their last three league games.

Warburton's side then have away games at both Birmingham City and Barnsley, hosting Charlton in their last game before Christmas Day.

A trip to Mark Bowen's Reading commences on Boxing Day with home fixtures against Hull City and Cardiff City to see out the year.

There's certainly winnable games throughout December and Warburton will be looking at Barnsley, potentially Charlton and Hull City as his biggest chances of wins.

The verdict

Nobody quite knows why QPR have gone to pot in recent weeks. Warburton had them playing some of the nicest football in the division but the players look to have lost all their early confidence.

Warburton as well has looked almost anxious on the touchlines in recent weeks, and he really needs to galvanise his side to ensure that he's not out of a job come the New Year.
