Leeds United have been drawn away to Arsenal in the Third Round of the FA Cup at the Emirates Stadium in January.

The Whites are on an impressive run at the moment, with Marcelo Bielsa's side winning their last five league matches to put them in a strong position in the Championship heading into the festive period.

Leeds are currently sat second in the table, and are five points clear of third-placed Fulham, which will give Bielsa's men some much-needed breathing space in their bid for promotion this term.

Arsenal are without a permanent manager at the moment after they parted ways with Unai Emery after a poor run of results in all competitions.

The FA Cup clash between the two sides could be a closely-fought encounter, but some Leeds fans surely won't be too disappointed if they are to field a weaker side and exit the competition early, so that they can focus on their bid for promotion into the Premier League.

One Leeds supporter suggested that Bielsa should field a weaker side against the Gunners.

See the best of the reaction to that suggestion on Facebook below....

David Robins: "Well said couldn't agree more."

John Priestly: "I get what you're saying but I'd rather keep the winning mentality."

Matthew Parker: "Losing in the cup last year helped. Play to win."

Andy Carty: "Every time we lose we lose form in cup, winning breeds winning."

Neil Harrison: "Always do your best and put your best team out."

Mark Mckenzie: "I disagree. Would love a good cup run and to beat them. Cup means nothing anymore. The magic has gone."

Donal Coyle: "Lets go for it, a test of whats to come next season."

David Gill: "Play the first eleven I say. Will be a good test for us plus hopefully a good day out."
